Every year we send  samples  of our early harvest EVOO to the World Olive Centre for Health in Athens, Greece for Polyphenol analysis.

The Total Polyphenol  concentration in the EVOO is divided into three categories, Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze implies a Total Polyphenol level between 250 mg/Litre and 499 mg/Litre Silver is between 500 mg/Litre and 1,199mg/Litre and Gold 1,200 mg/Litre and >.

This year Puketi Olive Farm was awarded a Silver medal with a Total PP level of 811 mg/Litre, and a Bronze medal for another EVOO with a Total PP level of 396 mg/litre.
